Every patient is going to have a different dosing amount that is suitable for them. We advise our patients to start low and slow with your medical cannabis. Wait 30 minutes to an hour before deciding if you’re receiving desired effects. Slowly and gradually increase your dose to fit your needs. For any questions or concerns, you can call one of our qualified Patient Care Representatives at 1-800-619-5288, option 2.

We have experts that create products that are consistent in potency and formulation to deliver effective and targeted therapies, but cannabis affects everyone differently. We encourage our patients to keep a journal with specific dates, times, and dosage amounts to track how much you may need to feel the desired effects of the product. If you are still not receiving the relief and therapy that you need, please call 1-800-619-5288, option 2 to speak with a Patient Care Representative.

GrowHealthy does not accept returns and exchanges or provide refunds. If there is an issue with a product, please email our Patient Care Team at support@growhealthy.com. In your email include your first and last name, the dispensary location at which you purchased the product, a description of the product issue, and any available product photos. First you will want to purchase a cleaner such as DC Clear or 91% alcohol. If you are using alcohol, soak all removable parts for 2 hours (mouthpiece and ceramic atomizer), rinse thoroughly with hot water and allow to completely dry. When using a product like DC Clear, when the pen is still warm unscrew all removable pieces, set in a dish and pour the cleaner over the mouthpiece and ceramic atomizer. Wipe clean with a dry cotton swab.

Cannabis distillate is a form of extracted cannabis oil that is produced using extraction machinery.  Cannabis first passes through a closed loop extraction system and then is further refined through a short path distillation process to eliminate any unwanted lipids, fats, chlorophyll, solvents and more to get a high-quality cannabis oil safe for medicinal use.

GrowHealthy syringes and cartridges are made from glass and are breakable. To ensure your syringe does not break, gently warm oil before dispensing. To warm the oil, simply rub the syringe between your hands to create friction. If this is not enough you can also warm the syringe in hot water or with a hairdryer. Be sure the water is not to hot and the hairdryer is not too close to avoid breaking the glass. Vape cartridges are also made from glass and medical grade stainless steel and should not require warming.

Syringes generally have 15-20 doses per half gram. When dealing with a product containing 400mg of THC, a rice grain-sized droplet would be approximately 20mg. With tinctures depending on the dosage, a 500mg tincture would have 17mg of THC in a full tincture dropper.

1:1 Products are 1 part THC: 1 part CBD. This product type interacts with your body’s endocannabinoid system in a synergistic way — otherwise known as the ‘Entourage Effect.’ THC has pain mitigating, anti-nausea, and relaxation effects and CBD interacts with your serotonin, endocannabinoid, and protein receptor systems within almost every inch of your body which helps improve neurotransmitter communication, body temperature, blood pressure, and a multitude of other factors.

No. Florida law only allows licensed medical marijuana treatment centers to grow, process and dispense marijuana. The Department of Health will refer any business or individual suspected of violating state law to local law enforcement for investigation. It is important to remember that marijuana is illegal under federal law.

“Plant-derived” terpenes are derived from extracting the essential oil from the plant such as mint or orange. “Cannabis derived” is defined by the extraction process in which we fraction off terpenes and then reintroduce them to the final distillate oil.

The safety and well-being of GrowHealthy’s patients is now, and has always been our highest priority, and we have been monitoring the news regarding vaping products closely. We can assure all our patients that we implement the strictest protocols in all aspects of our cannabis cultivation and oil extraction processes during the creation of our products. None of the GrowHealthy owned vape brands utilize chemical cutting agents, including Vitamin E acetate. We confirm all of our products are thoroughly lab-tested by our internal team, as well as by third-party labs and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards within the state of Florida. GrowHealthy also offers registered QR codes on each product, providing a thorough list of ingredients for patients, which can be accessed via phone, email or online If you have any questions regarding any GrowHealthy products, please contact your local patient care representative or email us at support@growhealthy.com.
