GrowHealthy provides free statewide delivery with no minimum order amount.

When placing your delivery order online, please include your preferred delivery date in the notes section at the bottom of the checkout form. Deliveries are made six days a week Monday through Saturday. Deliveries can be accepted at your home or office. However, we can not make deliveries to schools or college campuses.

After placing a delivery order on growhealthy.com, you’ll receive an email with your confirmation number. After receiving this initial email, please allow 24-48 hours for our Logistics team to schedule your delivery and email you the date. You will also receive another email the day before your scheduled delivery date providing a three hour delivery window.

At this time GrowHealthy does not delivery to Monroe County.

Due to the nature of fulfilling delivery orders, GrowHealthy requires patients must have the necessary OMMU allotment in order to be dispensed all the medication included in the order at the time the delivery order is placed. Insufficient allotment can result in a partial delivery order or your order will be canceled.

Deliveries cannot be rescheduled once they are en route. Please contact our patient care team at 800.619.5288 to reschedule your delivery prior to your delivery date. If you’re unable to accept your delivery your order will be canceled and a new order must be placed on growhealthy.com or by calling 800.619.5288.
