To extract cannabinoids like THC, CBD, and CBNA and terpenes like Pinene, beta-Myrcene, and Limonene  from cannabis plants, we use a supercritical fluid that passes through the plants’ trichomes and breaks down their compounds into separate parts. CO2 is the perfect supercritical fluid for this process because it’s all-natural and has been used for extraction in the food industry for decades.
