While we remain committed to giving each patient the attention and service they deserve, our new point-of-sale system will decrease reception area wait times and speed-up checkout.

More delivery hubs

We’re increasing our delivery hubs from two to five! This means a more diverse delivery inventory and improved delivery times. 

Scheduled pick-up and delivery times

When shopping on growhealthy.com, you can now request your ideal date and time for picking up your order in-store or accepting your delivery.*

More accurate product menus

Our point-of-sale system will now be integrated with our in-store menus, Leafly, and growhealthy.com, allowing for more accurate inventory and a better shopping experience. Plus, you’ll now be able to see our in-store menu screens in the reception area by scanning a QR code. Simply pull up the menu on your phone and pick out your products while you wait. 

One patient profile across all GrowHealthy locations

Patient discounts, contact information, purchase history, and notes will be stored on one patient profile accessible by all GrowHealthy locations and delivery. Easily order anywhere in the state with the same simple experience you expect at your local dispensary.

Patients need to bring their MMJ card on their first visit after February 21st – 24th for the ID to be added to the patient profile in the new system. Patients who qualify for the Financial Hardship Discount must bring their Financial Hardship documentation for the new patient profile. Please note that patients with the Veterans Discount do not need to bring documentation as this does not expire and is transferred from the previous system. 

New ways to support the Last Prisoner Project

At checkout, the dispensary associate will now ask you if you’d like to “Round it up for Justice.” If you choose, you can round up your total to the nearest dollar and we’ll donate the difference to the Last Prisoner Project to help free people incarcerated for cannabis. 

The ability to tip GrowHealthy dispensary associates. 

You can now show your appreciation for great service with a cash tip. 

Adjusted Dispensary Hours & Online Ordering Times

The new and improved point-of-sale system will be rolling out in two phases. See the list below to know when your local dispensary will transition and how store hours and online ordering will adjust to accommodate the upgrade.

Monday, February 21st
All dispensaries listed below will open at 8:00 am and close at 2:00 pm to accommodate the system upgrade. Online ordering will be cut off at 8:00 pm on Sunday, February 20th. All online orders must be picked up before 2:00 pm on Monday, February 21st. All orders that are not retrieved before closing will be canceled and items will be placed back in available inventory.

Temporary Delivery Pause to Accommodate System Upgrade

It is necessary that we deliver all orders before transitioning to our new point-of-sale system. To achieve this, the last day delivery orders can be placed is Thursday, February 17th. Our delivery teams will be in operation through Sunday, February 20th to accommodate this change. We will be accepting new orders again on Tuesday, February 22nd. 

Order Ready Text Messages Will Look Different

Once your local dispensary transitions to our new point-of-sale system, the text message you receive when your order is ready for pick-up will look different. This message will no longer include the dispensary name. An example of the generic text message template is below. This generic template increases deliverability rates by decreasing the chance the message is blocked by your cell phone carrier. The text message will include your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email.

New Order Ready Text Message Template:
“Hey [Patient Name], your order number XXX is ready for pickup.”

*Scheduled delivery dates are based on the availably out of your shipping location. Dates and time slots vary by shipping location.

*Regarding scheduled pickup requests, GrowHealthy will do our absolute best to accommodate patient pickup time requests but cannot guarantee orders will be ready at the requested time due to order volume, current promotions, and staffing. All patients will receive a text message when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait until this message is received to visit the dispensary to retrieve the order. Pickup orders must be scheduled for pick up the same day the order is placed. If you’re unable to retrieve your order, it will be held for 24-hours from your requested pick-up time.

*Gratuity will be shared by all hourly GrowHealthy dispensary employees who work at the same location and will be calculated based on hours worked.
